This page is intended to receive reports, suspicions or actual knowledge of breaches that are taking place or may take place as a result of acts or omissions carried out within the scope of the activities of Wiseg Mediación de Seguros.
By submitting a report, the reporting person expressly declares that they have reasonable grounds to believe that the facts being reported are true at the time of the report.
Reports that are not related to the activities of Wiseg Mediación de Seguros may not be considered for investigation. In such cases, the reporting person will be duly informed of this decision, without prejudice to the applicable confidentiality and secrecy requirements.
Where reports concern acts or omissions that may constitute public or semi-public criminal offences under applicable law, their content may be forwarded to the competent authorities. In such cases, we may be required to cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations, without prejudice to the applicable confidentiality and secrecy requirements.
Reports received through this website will be retained, in accordance with applicable law, for a period of no less than five (5) years.

How do we process your reports?
At C1 Broker, you can rely on a dedicated team to review, investigate and respond to your reports in an anonymous and impartial manner.
- You will receive confirmation that your report has been submitted.
- An investigation period will then begin.
- You will receive an official response within a maximum period of three months.
